Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..
Let's begin! Honestly, I've been really debating whether I should have this blog or not. But finally, I just turned on my favorite playlist and began to write before I start to have more doubts. Hahaha So my first post will be reasons why I decided to start up this blog on the first place. Just to be clear, I'm not expecting anybody to read this. Hahaha
1. I love writing! Why? I'm the kind of person who walks around with thoughts running continuously in my mind. Seriously. I think writing is the best way to express my thoughts and ideas. You must be wondering, why don't you go talk about it to somebody? Why waste your time writing it on a keypad?
Let me give you a situation, you're in the mall with your friend then suddenly out of nowhere, "Hey, have you ever wondered why kids, when they started school, need to wear the same white uniform (if you attend the usual 'sekolah kebangsaan' not the private ones) their schoolmates are wearing. I think I just figured out why".. No matter how you look at it, it sounds utterly WIERD, ok? Hahaha So I find writing the only way for me to express something without the need for the right timing, get it?
2. Let's see. I believe this point requires me to tell you a story. Well, it's not really a story, just a meaningful event that has happened in my life.
So there's this friend of my mine named A. I met A in an occasion where we have together along with our teammates. So what caught my eye was this habit of hers of taking pictures every now and then. Not random pictures. It's selfies with friends including me. At first, it was fun but when A keeps doing this, I started to wonder what really is her issue. To be honest, it's also a little bit annoying when we have to constantly stop and take a time to take a picture at this place and that place. So there's this one day where I accidentally burst out "Berapa banyak gambar nak ambik ni?!" Fortunately, I changed the topic quick enough to avoid any inconvenient fights. Hahahaha
Moving forward, we have finished our program and when separate ways. But one day, she send me a video that she MADE and POSTED ON YOUTUBE, which of course, includes all the selfies that she took. And my reaction was "BAPAK RAJINNN!!" and she replied "Aku buat video untuk kenangan and supaya aku tak lupa memori ni" Highlighted on that!
This really give a huge impact in my life. Our life goes on and try as we might, we can't avoid forgetting these precious memories, one by one, it's gone as though it never happened. What a great wate! By taking pictures, and in my case, writing them, we have this chance to CAPTURE THE MOMENT. In the future, when we constantly experience new things and constantly forget the old ones, at least they are still stored safely somewhere if not in our memory. That's my plan for now, to WRITE THE MOMENT.
